An educational first time homebuyers seminar is being offered to the public on Thursday, April 28 at 5 p.m. at the WESTconsin Credit Union Amery Office, 1060 Cornwall Avenue. Presenters include Scott Prindle, Mortgage Loan Originator, WESTconsin Credit Union; and Lisa Novak, REALTOR®, WESTconsin Realty.

The presenters will provide information about the home buying process from pre-approval to closing.

Barron, WI – Debbie Hanson has joined WESTconsin Realty and is working from WESTconsin Credit Union’s office in Barron located on 50 South 7th Street. Hanson previously worked as a teller at the credit union’s Barron location for several years. Prescott, WI – Jeremy Boles joins WESTconsin Realty in Prescott working from WESTconsin Credit Union’s office located at 1400 North Acres Road. Boles, who has been involved in real estate for 14 years, operated his own real estate brokerage firm during the past ten years.

A lifelong resident of Prescott, Boles serves as treasurer of Oak Grove Township. This position has gained him an important understanding of property taxes, permit processes, and the workings of local government. He is looking forward to his career with WESTconsin Realty where he will utilize his vast experience and serve the real estate markets in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.
