WESTconsin Credit Union Is Going Casual for Kids

WESTconsin Credit Union Is Going Casual for Kids

WESTERN WI— During the month of September, WESTconsin Credit Union is going casual for kids in support of its local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital (CMN Hospitals)—Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare! For a $5 donation per day, employees may wear jeans to work on September 4, 9, 11, 18 and 25. This is the first year WESTconsin is participating in the Miracle Jeans Day campaign. Members are invited to show their support of CMN Hospitals by purchasing varying sizes of paper icons for $1, $3 or $5 at their local WESTconsin office, where the icons will be proudly displayed. WESTconsin’s goal is to raise $10,000 for CMN Hospitals.

Funds are used for research, expansions projects and providing assistance to families who may be struggling while their child is being treated at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, MN, the region’s CMN Hospital. In 2014, nearly 1,000 children from western Wisconsin received treatment from Gillette.
