Eau Claire Receives Kaboom! Playful City USA Designation Award

Congratulations to WESTconsin's own, Latacia Greeley! She is part of the 2016 class of Leadership Eau Claire, a leadership development program of the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce. Her class helped the City of Eau Claire achieve the Kaboom!
