WESTconsin Realty Welcomes Curt Polzin

Eau Claire, WI— Curt Polzin has recently joined WESTconsin Realty, LLC and is working from WESTconsin Credit Union’s Eau Claire office. Curt has transitioned to WESTconsin Realty from a career in healthcare administration where he previously served as the Administrator of Nursing Homes and Retirement Communities throughout Wisconsin. He will now be serving the Chippewa Valley as a real estate agent for buyers and sellers. With his previous work experience in long-term care he will also be specializing in helping seniors and retirees who are downsizing or transitioning into retirement communities.

He and his wife Dr. Sara Podoll, of Haley Dental in Chippewa Falls, are excited to make the Chippewa Valley their home. He is a previous resident of Eau Claire and attended college at the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire. While attending school in Eau Claire he was a proud member of the Blugold Varsity Wrestling team, supervisor of the intramural soccer program, and Treasurer of the American College of Healthcare Administrators. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR® he is also a certified soccer referee and is excited to become involved with the Chippewa Valley Youth Soccer Association.
